In fact, many fotographies prove that also the black storks prefer to fly in flocks.
We have seen that with Upene, now with Malwin, with other pictures in Israel, Hungary and even Germany.
Also pictures of migrating black storks above Istanbul and Tarifa.
BTW: Why did you say AFAIK there was not a single case when a tagged bird lost its transmitter. ?
