10:55 a raven flew quietly to the top. then it came down to the top branch.
another raven to the right branch. they are exceptionally quiet today. :whistling:
10:57 the silence was broken! they are not mute.
... they flew away.
.. no, they came back.
11:01 maybe now they flew away for good.

12:19:04 two swans flew singing by, rather far, unfortunately.

Thanks !!

I love to hear them

Last week, I opened the cam in the evening, when it was completely dark, and heard them singing when they came back from work :rotf:

In previous years they flew under the horizon, in front of cam but far from the tree.
In the last months they are flying nearby and we can hear them better.

13:19 mega2 saw an eagle flew away from the top. i haven't found the arrival yet, but i think that the eagle was sitting in the top. although the wind was hard and loud there was a sound of take-off and the tree shook in that way.

edit: i could not find the eagle coming after the raven flew away at 12:27. either the eagle landed very-very softly during a loud gust of wind or the eagle only flew over the tree top.

i'm trying to increase light and contrast in the video to see better, but i'm afraid it will not work.

those were strange voices, weren't they? it would really nice to know who it was.

here's the video with light enhancement. at 17:33:50-55 there is someone on the top branch, someone much smaller than an eagle. a raven probably.
edit: i had a new good look at the animal on the top branch and made some more brain work. ravens sleep at night so raven is improbable. the animal seemed to walk on paws, not with wings so no bird. the animal looked bigger than a squirrel but otherwise like a squirrel. perhaps it was a pine marten. (besides also squirrels sleep at nights).

:hi:
there is sniffing to hear at 17:35:17/18 (directly after some cracking sounds).
May be a marten. Or are there Raccoons in this region?

Ame, Milda brought some greenery, on a branch.

She lost it on the left rim, at the basement, only the tip of the branch arrived

Good Morning!

It is still dark.

Abigyl, :hi: I looked at the scene again. You're right! Milda brought only this green branch. The end of the branch was thick, so I thought she had a piece of branch in her claws  I'm getting old! I don't need glasses, I need a magnifying glass

From 8:00 am I'm gone for a few hours. neighborhood assistance
