UteL., to give you another answer: I guess, the storks will continue their flight to the north, if weather is getting better in the foreseeable future. What happened, if the bad weather goes on for weeks, I suppose, nobody will know exactly. There are questions where is no answer in advance, and we can only wait and see what happens.
My assumption is, they continue their flight in every case. But if they breed then, when it's so late in time???
