Eaglet is happily "chirping" using the same voice which I thought was used only to Suvi. Eaglet tears off big chunks of the fish herself, too.

Sulev is done feeding, cleaning his beak. Eaglet seems perfectly satisfied and is silent.
Sulev jumps to a branch at the left, at the back of the tree.

13:37 Sulev with t he fish
The feeding was a bit dangerous for both at the beginning. They slipped off their branches. It took a while for both to find a good place

Timea and Liz Thank you for the feeding pictures to both of you!
The eaglet had a long pause between meals, 18 hours and 17 minutes, if I calculated correctly. But that monster fish filled her surely for some time.

Hi Konrad, you're welcome. I can't believe it was finished and see something white shimmering beneath the branch on which they ate. Maybe Sulev will be able to get it out later?

Thank You so much for the pics of today! Great, what a wonderful meal by Sulev!
Sulev does know how to do and when to do .
When I now came the eaglet was sleeping on a pretty good position which was some more towards 'kitchen area' than earlier. Then she stood up and is now giving those cuddly chirps to Dad (I think Sulev is on branch). And again, now she tries to find a good place to rest.
She talks like a small bird.
- Yes, Timea, looked bad for her wings some minutes ago.

Thank you Sova, Timea and Liz01 and everyone else for the great pictures and videos!
The girl is alone in the nest now. I don't know exactly when Sulev left. I'm sure that he's gone fishing, and in the meantime the little one is getting some rest. Even though she's a very smart, good-humoured and mostly well-fed eaglet, the sped up growing demands imposed on her by the state of the nest must be very stressful, so she definitely needs a lot of rest to reload.

Suvi flew off at 08:53. She has not come to the nest since that time. Long time....

Back to your two-day old question. I happened to find more accurate information by accident. I was searching for the seawater temperatures from the site of Estonian Weather Service and saw that they also have a map showing the salinity in Estonian sea areas. The colour coding shows, that both the Saunja Bay and also the Haapsalu Bay (west from the Saunja Bay) have practically seen saltless fresh water. Those two bays are in the upper dark-green spot east from Hiiumaa island on the map.

Btw. Those seawater temperatures can be seen on the same map, using the index on the left. The surface temperature in the open sea seems to be still between 11 and 15 degrees, meaning that winds blowing roughly from the west would help the eagles on hot days...
