Again a heavy bang; same sound as about 15 minutes ago. Fireworks? Thunder?
 It must be thunder

Hi Hellem, long time no see. Yes, the last bang was closer, I agree, must be the start of a thunderstorm.

Timea  (Yes, it also sounded like they, or someone, flew past! How nice! Sulev or Suvi flying with food and Sulvi flying behind.) A video with enhanced sound, anyone?
I found it.. but I see nothing flying ? :puzzled: I hear wing beating and our Sulvi.

Oh I have found the begin. She is calling for fish. Then a big bird is flying and our princess is singing

Haha Liz, she said "sounded like." We both heard it and hoped they were flying towards the nest, but alas, didn't happen (yet).

Understandable, Liz. No need to say sorry. The video is great, thanks! But it is not of the moment I meant.....

Thanks Liz for the video. I haven’t managed to hear her since she fledged and it was lovely to hear those squeals.
I think Suvi is coming to the nest with fish out of habit and inexperience. Also, despite Sulvi’s squeals I still think she is a relatively quiet chick so the parents may temporarily lose track of her. When that happens it’s probably a default to try the nest. I’m hoping that might encourage her to stop there again.
