August 20

Good Morning Solo and all :hi:

Solo, thank you very much for update by our Mare :2thumbsup:
Too bad that there are no more data in the Movebank. So I can not go directly to google earth to follow her way.
I'm also curious if other storks got a transmitter this year. I really hope so.

M. Strazds has long emphasized that black storks are not swarm birds, they are individualists.
They occur in swarms just there, where there are good food places.

now I see - EEdi is not far from another Puscha: the "Naliboki Forest (Belarusian: Налібоцкая пушча, Nalibotskaya Pushcha (pushcha: wild forest, primeval forest)) is a large forest complex in northwestern Belarus, on the right bank of the Neman River, on the Belarusian Ridge. (source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naliboki_forest)
too much Pushcha

Thank you, Eedi seems to know the route where there is a lot of fish! In Estonian there is a saying about a person who knows the business very well - "old fish". 8-)
