That explains why you can not remember. You had a vacation, I think.

You found it in the thread! That's great! Thank you. :2thumbsup: Sue has seen it first
I only searched in my archive. Some videos are not in the LK.
:hi: everybody!

So did I. Exactly in August, 2 last year zebra incident took place. I was all day off and maybe did not enter the forum, so I missed it too.

August 30

FB news Regionalna Dyrekcja Lasów Państwowych w Łodzi - 28. august, 7:30
the Eldest storklet:
"Nasz NAJSTARSZY po opuszczeniu gniazda szybko leciał na południe i 23 sierpnia żerował już nad rzeką Biały Keresz w Rumunii. Przeleciał ponad 900 km. Zapewne zatrzyma się tam na kilka dni. "
GT (with my help  )
Our OLDEST after leaving the nest quickly flew south and on August 23 stork it was already feeding on the Crișul Alb River in Romania. It flew more than 900 km. It will probably stay there for a few days.

September 17

FB news Regionalna Dyrekcja Lasów Państwowych w Łodzi - 17. September, 12:27
the Eldest storklet:
Nasz bocian z lokalizatorem to samica."
GT (with very little correction)
The beautiful September verified the migration plans of our stork. Stork does not to escape from cold and rain. From the Romanian-Hungarian border stork returned 200 km to the north of the tributaries of the Tisza River and feeds there (between Debrecen and Tisza) for two weeks. This is good evidence of its condition. Is not in hurry. For longer stopovers choose places abundant in food. It turned out that in our online nest three females and one male grew up. Our stork with a locator is a female."

October 10

FB news Regionalna Dyrekcja Lasów Państwowych w Łodzi - 9. October, 14:45 https://bit.ly/2pJXMrR
the Eldest storklet (Lodz, Dab nest, 2018) - now these female has name Lodka (Leokadia)

"Ochłodzenie z końca września skłoniło naszą Lodkę do kontynuacji wędrówki. Nizinę Węgierską zamieniła na Nizinę Tracką, a dopływy rzeki Cisy na dopływy rzeki Maricy. Zaledwie przez dwa dni przeleciała 691 km. Po drodze przeleciała między Karpatami a Górami Wschodnioserbskimi. Starą Płaninę w Bułgarii musiała pokonać przelatując nad tymi górami na wysokości ponad 1500 m. Dogodne tereny do żerowania, z licznymi kanałami nawaniającymi, znalazła w pobliżu miasta Płowdiw. "
GT (my little corection):
The cooling from the end of September prompted our Lodka to continue the journey. The Hungarian lowland has turned into the Thracian Plain, and the tributaries of the Tisza River to the tributaries of the Marica River. It was 691 km just for two days. Along the way, it flew between Carpathian and the Serbian Carpathians. The The Balkan mountain range in Bulgaria had to overcome flying over an altitude of over 1500 m. Convenient areas for feeding, with numerous odoriferous channels, found near the city of Plovdiv.

:faint: I am so happy :loveshower: , thank you Liz

It is little unusual, that our Woodek - BIAŁY / WHITE choose this autumn his migration path to Africa

19.10. Woodek had all day so very little moving, that I was worried about him, but in the morning 20.10. Woodek flew on the way to crossing the Sea of Marmara :2thumbsup: cca half hour and Woodek was on the another side Turkey
Image
(crossing the Sea of Marmara in that direction is enough often by BS)

in area Söve village, Susurluk/Balıkesir Province, Turkey

I understand that very well. :innocent: I also get nervous when one of our storks makes a small radius for many days.
