8:29 X has brought this bigger bird to the nest. He was feeding himself, he ate the head. The chicks looked not hungry, they are still sated from their breakfast.
Image

He took the bird to the ledge and flew away at 9:34.

Hi Birdfriend,

great, you've catched a feeding by Xavier yesterday
Thanks a lot, also for all the other nice pictures & comments. I had observed three attempts of poor Xavier, trying to feed the chicks, but always they were just been good fed by Diamond and didn't want to eat some more. Though, at least once he has got his chance, even if he did not manage to lure them out of her corner again :innocent:

They seem to love their corner, hidden, but at time i could discover them walking along the wall, direction to the ledge

08:28 Xavier, you are the best - a prey almost as big as you
Image

08:29 it is a sort of a honeyeater, the same as X brought a day before at 18.18
Image

10:35 #1 is hiking along the wall :D
