Hi - This is a first post. We've been watching the fish camera for quite a while, and are more interested in the invertebrates than the fish. We can easily identify the caddisfly larvae of course, but there are numerous other organisms that we're at a loss for. There are small creatures that seem to have legs or appendages but don't seem to be tadpoles; they move jerkily. There are other very tiny organisms that swim and land near the bottom and seem to have numerous legs but don't seem to be shrimp. And there are small black creatures that crawl around the rocks. We've been trying to identify these and others and would appreciate any suggestions you might have.

Thanks greatly,

Alan Sondheim, Rhode Island, U.S.

Welcome to the forum Alan. I think your specific questions can only be answered by a biologist from Estonia or an other expert. It is interesting.

The trouts are active.

Thank you greatly! We've been watching the larvae from the beginning!
Is the camera fogging up oddly - the image has been grainier for the past couple of days.
Fascinating; we've looking at this site for maybe ten years!

A frog flees, but I think he has no chance.
