Bubo brings a gift for Bo
Anyone recognize what it was?

It's a shame how Bubo tries and no girl is interested. :rolleyes:

I've read that you can hear the courtship calls for up to a mile. Maybe this really means that there will be no or no interested female for our pretty Bubo this season.

Bubo was in the nest since 18:26 till 21:53
He was hooting and scratching and still no one responded.
He is so handsome male and the nest is comfortable .... I hope he will find a female :2thumbsup:

Hello Liz and Mamicja! :hi:

He is very persistent our Bubo. :loveshower:

I no longer believe in a successful brood but Bubo belongs very firmly in my evening. He fascinates me, because Bubo's are also animals you never see before. I'm happy about the camera and if everywhere the nests are empty, it's worth taking a look at this nest from November.
If I have read correctly, old and new couples will come together from this time on for the next season.

I hope that this camera will be preserved even if two years was not a successful brood. :nod:

Yes, it is bitter to see that Bubos visits to the nest remain unsuccessful.
His visits also seem to be less, shorter and less devoted.

Perhaps they will soon be absent completely.
I believe that the mating season is also over. :unsure: (?)

I have read in the thread to the nest of the Wte of the owls and watched the videos. Impressive! I didn't expect them to make such a spectacle. :unsure:

I had to smile. While we hope for a successful couple here, they let off steam at the nest of the Wte. :slap:
