As soon as I suspect something goes wrong in your head, I will let you know, Sova (via PM, of course)
So far, everything seems OK. No worries.

Tuberculosis Transmission by Waste Waters: A Review

"
The conclusions that appear to be justified are:
(1) wastes from institutions for the tuberculous almost always contain large numbers of tubercle bacilli, and although present methods of disinfection of sputum and other discharges will reduce the numbers of tubercle bacilli, they will not eliminate them,
(2) dairies, slaughterhouses and other industries handling tuberculous animals "may be expected to discharge tubercle bacilli with their wastes",
(3) tubercle bacilli may survive in soil for long periods and
conventional methods of sewage treatment will not destroy them although their numbers are reduced.
To destroy all tubercle bacilli in sewage a combination of complete treatment plus efficient chlorination of the effluent is required."
