POLAND
LODKA the Eldest storklet (Poland-Dab nest, 2018) - now these female has name Lodka/Leokadia

Exactly on the 1st of April, Lodka left the hospitable surroundings of Plovdiv early in the morning and began its journey north. After a few days, she stopped just before the Hungarian-Romanian border. It is not yet ready for breeding, but it is pulling north. This year probably will not reach Poland. He'll stop somewhere halfway. But the first winter is behind him, which is already her great success

Hello together,
Gemenc, Hungary
16:47 The stork was up for a PS and quickly sat down on the eggs again.
18:44 Beautiful evening sunshine.
Thank you, Solo, for the info from DAB nest. Then we can expect the first egg probably in the next two days.

Hello Solo,
I've also taken pictures from their arrival. Both arrived together at nest.
17:43
Greeting ...
Then the female went to the parents branch. Yes, she didn't want to mate.
18:30 Preening the other
Solo, the storks feathers in your last picture look a bit funny.

Hi Solo , I would like to thank you very much for your interesting documentation here, both from Gemenc and from "Dab" and about the other nests. By the way: beautiful photo of the storklets on the tree! Is this tree near "our" nest - or perhaps is it directly the branch from "our" nest tree in Gemenc?
Woodek and Lodka are doing great - what a joy . Also Italien and Spanish storks are very cute, but so many interesting nests and limited time, it is difficult which one to choose.
I still miss our Tobias. Is there any information from the people who live there about him? But in any case I wish a very good season for Sarah and Elias (I must admit I like when they have names)
