I always feel sorry for him when he has to take prey out again with him, he looks always so proud at the deliveries

23:40 Leo delivered a bird, But Lotte didn't take it. Leo took the bird away.

The bird is inconvenient to feed the Chicks? Is that why Lotte didn't take it?

The bird was re-delivered from Leo at 02:45, then Lotte accepted it.
In the next feedings she fed the bird to the owlets.

Some things stay a mystery for me, I can´t say why Lotte didn´t accept the bird at the first delivery.

I have two questions.
1 Only I do not see a romy photo? I have small squares everywhere.

I also have a problem with some photos. Sometimes they need a lot of time to display (png and gif formats). There is no problem with the jpg format.
Another reason may be blocking the unprotected pages of the photo hosting provider by the Internet browser (incorrect configuration or lack of security certificates)
For PC
To check this, place the cursor over the text "Image", press the right mouse button and select "copy image address". Copied address paste into the url bar and display it. You should receive feedback about the security of the hosting provider's site.

Another looooong feeding started around 12:48, but as Lotte preferred to show us her back one couldn´t see much.
I made no video of this feeding.

Around 19:40 next feeding, mostly for older owlet. Younger on tried to stretch out to reach Lotte's beak, but got only some morsels at the end.




Since this feeding Lotte was talking to the owlets, maybe it is lullaby. (BTW do you know "Owlish " teacher, I would like to take some lessons )

At 17:27 Lotte shifted/dragged the rat from the right larder to the hind larder. Owlets were begging, no feeding started.

At 18:34 Lotte fetched the rat back to the right side, started a short feeding, but showed us her back
