I have seen delivery, but I dont remember which one (this or the earlier one at appr. 3:00) - but as it seemed to me that mouse is still alive I did not watch the whole situation. My nerves are not strong enough for such pictures


Mom Lotte is ready for a night life. Just thinking where to go exactly

Lotte was out since 20:53 when Leo arrived with a Garden Dormouse and offered it to the owlets - so cute!

He tried it several times, but older owlet was still too clumsy




He made such a guilty face when Lotte arrived and found him offering food to the owlets


The nest was pretty overcrowded when Leo wanted to take out the leftovers of the rabbit and Lotte wanted to place the Garden Dormouse into the larder ....

Happy Easter for you all!

Lotte was out from 00:28 - 01:51

After she arrived she fetched the Garden Dormouse and I thought she would feed it to the owlets, but she put it back to the larder

Lotte pulled the rabbit out of the larder and started feeding the owlets

Lotte offered and offered morsels to the owlets, but they were satisfied and no one wanted to eat more.

The rabbit goes back to the right side larder.

Leo arrives silent, walks to the nest and has loooong look at the owlets and the situation in the larder.
Lotte arrives as well. Leo takes the rabbit out and away with him and I think Lotte placed a mouse that she had brought with her into the larder.

Lotte flew out at 04:49 as if she saw someone.

She returned at 04:59 and it looks as if she stored something in the hind larder




Lotte was out again from 05:27 - 06:06

Older one had the pole position, but younger one got morsels, too
