:wave: Good morning! Lussi, that's what I hope for! It would be about time now for some eggs! :whistling:
On the Latvian nests today morning and yesterday evening I also saw "pensive" females, I hope they are all thinking about the same thing - :bounce:

I have added the name of Magnus to the topic title. If the two are really starting with their nest, maybe we should also think about giving a name to "Mrs Magnus"?

Surprise - an unriged visitor! Is it the male from the first days here?
He brings a twig and is doing some nestwork. Another LSE can be heard calling in vicinity, the female?
After he left the nest one can hear calls in the background - mating calls?
A ménage à trois?

Maybe they have heard of the Bald Eagle nest in the USA, where two male and one female Bald Eagle raise three eaglets very successfully? :mrgreen:

humorous =)

When Ivo didn't visit the nest for a few days and we thought he would build another one because of the WTE, I looked for possible causes for his disappearance.
I came across the fact that male Ospreys can actually raise a breed with two females. Whereby only one female is fed. That was observed.

I would never have thought it possible!

After Tatyana's video (thanks for that! :2thumbsup: ) I'm not so sure about the second voice anymore.
I shouldn't be watching several nests at the same time. Slowly I have to worry ... after I already imagined voices. :rotf:
