It would be an "express-hatch" if we would get to see osprets already now - we still need patience for quite a while ...
Pfffhhh .... this "p-word"

But I can recommend to go on hatch-watch at the Estonian Black Stork cam ..... one can hear egg-talk already and the first Black Storklet is about to hatch soon

Eggs were alone for some time. Iiris was flying to the dead tree, Ivo came to join her and then he flew back to the nest to incubate. Iiris flew into the woods.

Iiris returned after a longer break. She has eaten well (fish remainders are on her beak).

Ivo has mixed up the date and time of the year
Needless to say, Iiris just shovelled him off.

A very peaceful evening in Estonia. And what a lovely bird chorus!
Iiris seems to be enjoying it, too

There should be a very nice weather the next days.

It would be so nice to be on that nest now and see what Iiris sees (beautiful forest and sunset), and hear what she hears (amazing, calming symphony of birds) :D

Breathtaking colours of the sunset, and of course the same at sunrise. Thank you, Urmas, for adjusting the cam so that more of the sky is also seen. Perfect view. :2thumbsup:

Good morning everybody!
On the nest of Ivo and Iris a sunny day, the sky is blue, the wind does not carry our nest away.
Сoncentrated Ivo incubates, Iiris flies somewhere, perhaps catches breakfast for himself.

Image

Congratulations to Estonia with a new little stork. He is very very cute. :loveshower:
