do you think so, Abigyl.
9:46 a fairly big bird flew from the left and and landed on a tree in the meadow, under the poop branch. two minutes later the bird flew away.
this picture is taken about two second before the bird took off.
the bird didn't look big enough to be an eagle. however, it looked bigger than a crow. a buzzard??

12:23 "twint-twint!" a great tit stopped briefly on the right branch.
then she flew out to the meadow.

13:15:30 a fairly big grey bird flew by from left to right.
was it big enough for an eagle?
could be, but it was so light that it would be an adult. an adult eagle's tail would shine bright white, even an young eagle's tail (but maybe not this year's eaglet).
this bird is evenly grey. buzzard?? a crow would look darker. this has also very long wings compared to the body length.

Could be that Milda and Raimis are here with me. Here is not hunted at the moment
I saw a lot of swans, gulls and cranes. The meadows are flooded, so even swans can swim in the meadows. Unfortunately, I saw a dead otter, killed by a car.
14:45:10 Raimis calls? hard to say ... I listened to it again

hi Liz!
have you seen fellows like these there yet?
viewtopic.php?p=700127#p700127
the voice that you heard didn't quite sound like a proper eagle's voice. i think it's more likely to be a fake eagle.

16:29 a little bird on the left branch. I think it was a nuthatch. He did not say a word
hmmm
wooow! great picture from the eaglets (your Link)
hmmm
ame, today is a rainy day. Eagles do not like rain. Tomorrow I do a bike ride to the area where I suspect they are. I hope I'm lucky. Food is enough there. It's swimming in the meadows. Ducks, geese and other waterfowl.

I think the tail is too long and straight for the eagle.ame wrote: ↑November 9th, 2019, 1:17 pm 13:15:30 a fairly big grey bird flew by from left to right.

At 16:49:22-16:49:34 a large bird was flying in the right corner. The buzzard voice was heard. Maybe a buzzard, maybe Milda flew.
When your video ends, for almost half a minute Raimis makes all sorts of noises and Milda watches him.
A little earlier, at 17:32:58 Raimis flew under the nest.
By the way, you can compare the tail to the tail of today's bird. Completely different shape.

8:16After that look from Milda....
He decided to jump on the left branch and to safety on the upper branch
8:18:26 Milda flew to the right. I think she has brought a spruce twig
8:20 Raimis is still on the top branch
8:20:50 he flew to the left
the video is cut.

8:56 no return of the eagles,

good morning!
thank you for the reports Liz!
the eagles knew that you would be here this morning. yesterday they stayed away.
i made pictures of them coming in for the first time. both seemed to come empty-handed.
7:56 Raimis
8:06 Milda

7:59 an eagle flew away. i think it had to be Milda. only few seconds before this Raimis looked up. he did the same thing a few seconds after he landed on the nest. i think this means that Milda arrived together with Raimis and stayed on the top for a few minutes.
this event is missing from the video by Liz so here's a video of all of the first visit
7:56 - 8:03
the tawny owls which Liz heard were so far that i didn't make clips of them. we have much better voice samples of them.
