Harriet & M15:

They are quite social, not only crows they talk with, also ducks they bathe with. Here M15 with
the muscovy duck:

Thanks, Rita, yes, M15 had a very nice non-verbal dialogue with the muscovy duck on 29 November.

M15 meets his friend - muscovy duck again

Image

In reality though, it is barely a friendship. On 29 Nov the muscovy duck apparently showed signs of not being happy with M's presence; it swam towards his direction and around, then stepped out and stood close nearby. Eventually, M15 took at it and chased the muscovy duck back into the water.

Also this encounter started with the duck waving it's wings vigorously in front of M15, as if to show off and show "just get going, my friend!" 8-)

Hatch counter (and later fledge counter) is on:
https://www.swfleaglecam.com/eagle-feed.html

In some few days (just now 4 days) we can await hatching.
I hope both two eggs will hatch and the chicks will fledge - the geat parents Harriet and M15 deserve it
