You seem to have misinterpreted Janis. I was surprised when you wrote this:

He wrote that the camera was specifically stopped overnight as it did not charge well. Save electricity at night so we can watch all day.

Sonchik, i apparently misunderstood the message from Janis. i translated it first to Finnish and it gave me the idea of a bill which was charged (or not charged).

they should restart the stream because it's going to be light soon.
- i'm not patient, i sent Mr B a message.

edit: it came to my mind that if the battery went empty yesterday evening and the methanol cell does not work then we'll have to wait many hours in light daytime before the solar panels will recharge the battery enough.
we really need patience.

The live broadcast could not be "revived" from a distance, so we are without it for now. Unfortunately. Maintenance2 was scheduled for next week, but due to this shutdown, plans will be revised and everything will be done to "John and Co." to be put into operation tomorrow afternoon.
