Solo, thank you for the sunset pictures! it was a beautiful evening. quite the opposite to this morning. :slap:

Heard voices yesterday. Raimis looked left and down all the time then.

might this be the same eagle who was here a week or two ago?
2-year old i think. :puzzled:

edit: no, the eagle here was only 4 days ago, on Jan 14.

9:56 she made a similar exit as the previous eaglet. it must be the same bird. :laugh:
she flew over the meadow and curved to the right. then she made a curve and flew back an by the nest tree to the left. after that she flew to the direction of the Fish Market.


she has no worries in life, she's free as a bird. :laugh:

these are pictures of the eagle on Jan 14. this was here 9:52 - 9:54.

and today. they are not exactly identical but are they enough? today's visit 9:53 . 9:56 so they had almost identical schedules. 8-)

i'm inclined to think that they were the same eagle. slight colour differences may be due to difference in air humidity. today is more humid than 4 days ago (i think).
the strongest evidence was the way they took off. not many eagles have bounced out like this one. :laugh:
i'll go out for the rest of the daytime.

I too think different eagles. Look at the patterns on the beak and cere.
