Tatyana, don't worry
A fully-grown golden eagle requires about 230 to 250 g (8.1 to 8.8 oz) of food per day. In the life of most eagles, there are cycles of feast and famine, and eagles have been known to go without food for up to a week. Following these periods without food, they will then gorge on up to 900 g (2.0 lb) at one sitting..

I think Liz put in a little Germglish there. Unfortunately German article "die" (the) has a different meaning in English.
Granted, it startled me on first read as well. :puzzled:

I don't understand what's wrong with my post?

ok... if the eaglets are there. GT is not always correct

EDIT: I thought we wouldn't correct anyone if he didn't write English correctly. Many make mistakes.

the weather forecast:
https://www.yr.no/place/Estonia/Viljand ... ahvuspark/
It will rain for a few hours.

It wasn't about correcting, it was about not completely understanding what you meant.
I did though, then again I speak both German and English, but clearly some confusion was caused. Just clarifying a typo, is all.
Let's carry on.

Liz01! I beg you to excuse me - this is my carelessness and laziness. I connected the auto-translator and the phrase was translated into Russian as "the eaglets will die." Now I will read the posts myself and put more effort into the translation without using the auto-translator! :book:

Same for me. I didn't pay attention to what GT translates. I usually have it translated, then I check it the other way round. So the English into German and then again German into English. When I'm in a hurry, I make mistakes :slap:

See you tomorrow

Helju doesnt mean directly anything in estonian, but a word "heli" means sound or voice.
