Estonian Osprey Nest (Marko & Miina) 2020

14:56. Both are cleaning their feathers. I feel sorry for the lone egg. He is very lonely! 14: 57. Marco flew away from the nest.



15: 03. Miina also flew out of the nest.

15:05 Marko landed
15:06 Miina brought a bunch of hay
15:07 Marko flew away, a stranger is again flying around

15:09 Miina rolled the egg and covered it

15:05. Marko landed in the nest. Soon Miina arrived with a bundle of hay. Miina is nervous. 15:07. Someone is flying near the nest. Marko went in pursuit.

15:07. In the forest, a voice is heard warning ospreys. 15: 09. Miina covers the egg. She is not calm.

15: 17. Marko brought a branch with lichen. 15: 20. Marko not too successfully danced on the back of Miina....the wind interferes!

15:49 Marko is back with a big bunch of wet hay, he covers the egg , Miina is preening

16:25 Marko landed on the Miina's back and flew away at once

16:54 Miina is standing and chirping for Marko
16:59 She flew away
17:00 Miina is back with a BIG lichen branch , she covers the egg

16: 59. Miina chirps. She flew away and returned a minute later with the lichen. 17:02. Now Mina moves the lichen by sitting on the egg.

17:15 Miina is still chirping

17:16 Marko brought a nice fish and Miina flew away with it
17:18 Marko sat on the eggs

17: 16. Miina chirps louder and louder. She clearly sees Marko with the fish. Yes! Marco arrived with almost fresh trout. Miina quickly took the fish and flew away. This is the third fish today.




17: 27. Marko sees something or someone and is worried.

I didn't see the attacker, but something happened to Miina's and Maro's chair. Maybe the attacker met Marko. Later an osprey flew (Marko, attacker?)
