8:20 then the middle is preening the oldest.. all three are now in the nest

8:20 the oldest went to the parents branch near the tree trunk
he is doing great wing exercises

8:23 the oldest went back into the nest on the left
8:24 the youngest is doing WE in front of camera

if i compare the pictures.. so the youngest fledged. and that's what I actually expected

the youngest with the distinctive feathers
Image

still in front.. the is middle on the branch and the oldest is behind the middle one near the tree trunk
Image

It is not always the oldest who leaves the nest first. It is the bravest.

9:30 storklet outside the nest can be heard.. wing flapping
siblings are begging.. I think the storklet is on the left

9:35 sibling is flying around ..
9:36 again...
how do I know it's the sibling? you can hear how it brushes the branches while flying .. he can't fly well yet

11:11:07 chirping - sibling is probably nearby
11:23:11 the next chick is out
11:24:10 one is back
11:24:17 the next is in (the two hoped for feeding)

11:27:08 two of them growling
11:27:17 one storklet flies out
11:27:40 storklet missed the nest (it is very windy) - the 2 chick on the nest again food waiting behaviour

it seems sibling is still around, the other two is nodding

11:41:52 stork must be nearby - again intensively food waiting behaviour
11:42:10 "only" sibling is back (and no feeding)

11.50 trio is still waiting
