21:43:about 50 a grey heron again. the stream began to freeze.
many rather long breaks...
21:50 began to run again. then a stop again.
... goes for a few seconds.. stops!
...goes, stops! ...goes, stops!...goes, stops!
22:04 i have both this and the Durbe camera on and both began to freeze at the same time. they are running on two pc with two different routers and i have restarted both.
what is the matter
6:51 a great tit visited. then also a nuthatch on the right branches.
plus a third little bird.
two nuthatches on the nest and a third bird on the poop branch. that was a nuthatch, too.
4 birds on the nest at the same time. the great tit was perhaps one of them. the light was bad.
i here i have combined the great tit and 1 min later the 3 nuthatches in one picture. the nuthatches were visible in a few frames together. one was hiding down in the nest bowl.
6:52 voices of a crested tit and a little bird came to the lower left front corner. a crested tit with a baby crest.
then more voices of crested tit and great tit...
8:14:40 a bird to the spruce on the right.
8:14:50 away from there. a grey bird. a wood pigeon or a crow. it was a crow: no white stripes on the wings.
crows were talking nearby.
8:15:26 a crow flew by over the meadow from left to right and called.
two crows 30 s apart. i can't say if it was the same crow.
8:28 - 8:35 a black woodpecker called....
out of sight of course. they are always out of sight. if they are close they are on the backside of the tree. (except yesterday i saw one from 5 m distance on the right side of the tree! )
12:35 a little grey bird on the backside of the nest.
12:12 onward a machine has been humming in the background. i guessed that it might be a harvester and mega2 confirmed that it's already harvest time in Latvia.
22:34:28 two ospreys flew high in the sky, one from right to left and the other from left to right.
22:34:30 an osprey to the top of the spruce on the right. another osprey flew around our top ...
... and then to the first and tried to land there, too. failed because the top was already occupied.
22:37:43 the osprey flew away from the spruce.
22:37:54 the osprey flew to our top.
22:38:12 flew away from our top.
22:38:23 an osprey flew towards our tree and by on the left side.
22:38:37 an osprey flew to the nest! he/she had a red & white ring.
i'm not sure but i think that the other osprey is perhaps on the top. i hear rustling.
yes!
22:39:05 there was a soft sound of landing on the top.
the osprey on the nest looked around...
22:41:53 the osprey flew away from the nest to the left and the other from the top to the right 1 s later. they left very suddenly. it seemed as if they got startled of something.
22:42:15 both to the spruce on the right. the first was not visible in the spruce.
the latter continued and
22:42:27 flew to our top.
3:53 -> calls (screams) which came closer.
3:56 the bird(S; maybe more than one) flew by rather close and called all the time.
then the voice moved farther and then closer. it was a bird.
4:00 a close fly-by. or actually a fly-around.
4:01 again voices very near. anxious calls.
4:02 suddenly quiet.
what was that?
"normal" bird singing began at "normal" time, at about 4:12.
