6:12 - 6:27 Almost continuous activity in terms of sounds , ki-ki-ki and gjack. At the last minute closer and possible stay in covered branches.
I only recorded until '21. After that, an audible call didn't follow again until '27.
I think this is where we hear the morning demarcation of territorial boundaries.
The calls are firm and unchallenged.

Very warm to hear. :innocent:
Different from morning....different meaning and softer, tending.

16:19/20 soothing dual sounds.
The couple is dating and testifies to their bond.

Un cordial saludo a España. :2thumbsup:

In fact, I spend way too much time at work and while I try to follow closely, it seems the pair is better to follow in the morning these days.
Acoustically - visually no chance.
Still, every sign from them is a good one. :innocent:

11 of September

Hello Polly and everyone. :hi:

If in the breeding season her vocalizations are very numerous, outside of her they are more scarce but they continue to live and manifest themselves even if they have to spend a lot of time. Sometimes there is a lot of luck when you go to turn off, it sounds, or in some jump it appears by chance.

In the morning it is usually a period of more activity but it is not mathematical.

Today was at noon:

11:59:55 H44 , very short.
12:41:35 - 43 and 12:43:00 some sounds.

At the moment they are controlled in the area.

Good morning Polly and everyone. :hi:

Yesterday morning nothing was heard.

This morning the first sounds were at 6:23 - 24 and then also at 8:04.

Surely when sunny weather comes and without air they will be more present, we are only in September.

Emiliano, I greet you! :2thumbsup:

H21 & H44 can still be heard fairly regularly at least once a day. Sometimes further away - sometimes closer.
At least I assume that the voices are assigned to the couple.

H21 mostly sounds excited/demanding.
It seems H21 is still calling the shots - she's wearing the pants.
Calls come and go...H21 seems fickle.
H44 gently listen.

Good morning Emiliano :hi:

It seems the season is over for us as observers.
The stream is interrupted. I don't think he will be reinstated.

Have a good time everyone, but above all a safe existence for the animal world in these difficult times.

Bye!

Good morning Polly :2thumbsup:

Thanks for the information, I just entered and it was indeed not visible but she has recently returned.

Let's hope they keep it. When almost no one pays attention to it, we are giving notes of what is heard or seen. It would be a shame if it were closed, we have already commented on it more times. I'm sure there are people who follow this forum to keep abreast of what's going on.

Hello :2thumbsup:

I like to see this other side - nice moment this enjoyable bath. :innocent:

Those movements of the Goshawk with the rat - yes, it's not alien to us. We could see it with the young Hawklets. Although mostly without prey, their first attempts at playful hunting also look like this.

There is a last gasp of the stream in the evening hours tonight. But it's crazy...when you rewind, time goes forward.
It's a wild journey through time. :D

Well, I would say - the season ends as it began (technically).

Still, it's been a fine season with a couple developing together and, as we've seen recently, are aiming for another season.
We witnessed the rearing of four Hawklets...four Mini-H's that are incomparably balanced in temperament. As well as the last brood of H44 and H21.
If we look at other nests, there were definitely more energetic moments among the siblings in these nests - without which we can also speak of hard aggression there.
And I don't know if it's good. Would the Mini-H's have a little more hardness in their nature - to survive 'outside'? Those Hawklets are always so good,so well-behaved .

Thank you Emiliano for a time together and your support. :innocent:

Thanks to all active supporters of this nest - for providing the technology and for putting on the rings in a very prudent manner.

Hello again Polly and everyone.

We can say that the camera has worked well this season, it took a while to adjust at first and now there are some problems with jumps and disconnections.

It is true that the youngsters of this nest have not misbehaved among themselves but I am sure that they will be good hunters and will follow the steps that nature gives them.

I have been seeing chicken dispersal jobs (in England), most of them end up settling in a radius of about 5 - 6 km although there are some up to 30 km and much more. It seems that the females choose March to disperse more and search for free territories.

All the best.

Good morning Polly and everyone. :hi:

With more stable weather conditions they return more to normal.

6:43 - 46 First sounds, they are not near the nest but if they are picked up by the camera microphone, they are in the area

11:30 - 32, H21 sounds, at first clearer and louder.
11:38:02 , 11:39:36 More sounds, somewhat further away.
19:08:18 - 32 , 19:16:04 - 08 , is in the zone.
19:36 - 20:08 The camera jumps in time.

Goodnight

Hello Emiliano :2thumbsup:

You are lucky to hear them.
I've had a lot more time to spend at work for a long time and I'm very frustrated. I try to catch up on the day but never catch the activities. Often it is too late to wind.

Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. I have tomorrow off... it would be very nice to hear our couple.
I can't remember exactly if it was yesterday or the day before...it was about 8 o'clock for a few minutes.
Crows furiously flew up to the nest tree.
Those are moments when I'm sure a Goshawk is very close without us noticing. :innocent:

I heard the chiffchaff in terrain today. Thanks to @Vainamoinen I now know that this little fella is a late winter migratory.
Also here in northern Germany we had a swarm of starlings at the feeder just today. They are still sitting in a swarm in the nearby birch.
They are taking their time this year.
