From 5:30 (well at night in Riga) listening until well into the day. So several days and nothing. They barely appear all day, they only patrol and let themselves be seen from time to time in the area near the nest to make us conceive hope. I am very afraid that the H's, although they are unpredictable, have chosen their place a long time ago. We would have to wait for a small miracle for them to be breeding here again.

The situation is not so dramatic, they have done their usual heat and will breed, where...?

From 5:25 to 7:50 you don't hear a thing. Where are they in that time that is usually very active a few days before the first egg can be laid?
It seems that in another place but then they are heard at 10:42, 11:19, 11:20. There is a mating at 11:35 and at 11:36 H21 ( es H44 ) appears in the nest in force.

Last year they laid the first egg on March 26.
We'll see what happens but from time to time they make us believe that they will be here in a few days.
