I'm so curious to see whether the other siblings come back today. but since they have done almost everything at the same time so far, as if they had coordinated, I believe that the two are also going to migrate.
Oh, it's a pity they don't have a transmitter too.

Now I'm excited to see when Karl2 will show up again.

Hi everyone! :hi:

So the great day has come. What a success again for Karl II and Kaia, three wonderful, healthy storklets leave the nest to discover the world. May they have a safe first migration and live long and happy lives!

Also a good moment to remember the youngest storklet, that sadly did not live to see this day. We will not forget you, #4. :bounce:

Hello everyone :hi: ,

Kalvi, Kiire and Kerri, I wish you all the best on the long journey - and always enough wind under your wings.

For us it is equally happy and sad.

Greetings to all

August 31

Good morning!

Karl II was 6 km northwest of the nest last evening (Ornitrack).
I hope he had a safe place. The storm last night was really violent.

We are waiting for Karl II.

The camera transmission has a lot of dropouts it seems.
The cam stream is not stable.

Unfortunately, the camera transmission is not getting any better.

10:32 the raven cries into the microphone. 8-)

Hi everybody!

What a nice pic, Swenja!

Karl2 needs to recover I think. After last year's experience with Waba he will wait some time before returning to the nest.
