Good evening, all Friends of Milda's family
I'm alive and every now and then follow these happenings.
Thank You, Liz and ame, such a great story we've got also from you this year. Now we just hope that Milda with children is patient enough still, because this awful rain might stop at 9.00 pm, one hour still!

Rain is over
But, where is Zorro? Milda calling him. We wait for dad.

18:16:31 Neo pooped.


18:52 the eaglets were restless under Milda.

19:01:10 Leo pooped.

[ame]

19:29 Milda got up and shook her feathers.. then she covered the eaglets again.

20:10 a strange eagle, probably a juvenile/sub-adult flew close by the top and then probably stayed somewhere too near. Milda called a long time/many times in an angry voice. she was looking right most of the time.

20:33 Milda got up.
20:36 she called.
20:41 she called again. the stranger was still there too near.

20:46 Milda called still. she was still looking right.

21:03 Milda called a few times more.... then someone perhaps flew by.
21:07:31 Leo pooped. Milda began to relax gradually.

21:53 Milda got up and shook her feathers and wings. she went to toilet.
then she covered the eaglets as well as she could.

i think that the rain has stopped. the eagles are sleeping.

3:59 she is sleeping


4:26 Milda woke up

5:40 Milda stands up and flew away

5:42:02 Leos stands up..is .holding the balance or winging
5:43 Leo is winging and attacks Neo

5:43 Neo stands up, Leo hits him. head down now

5:48 Dad brings a huge fishie

5:48 Milda comes home and is happy squealing


5:49:15 Zorro flew to the right

Milda is aerating the wet bed
5:51 Milda takes the huge fish , first bite for Leo , then Neo .. fish is big enough for both!

5:58 crops are already round on both

6:01 monster crops on our eaglets


6:04 it looks like they are able to eat that whole fish!

6:07 feeding is over. there is still leftover.

BTW: Milda looks great! she is dry, except her tail feathers
