10:54:28 the parent flew away over the lake and seemed to fly straight to the direction of Fish Market 2.


1:56 the eaglets got up and made some wing exercises. then they had a little conflict.
then they preened for a while.

Personally, I have no idea. I need more to be sure. I haven't observed either them as closely as ame!

Milda's tail has not been very clear recently. now after all this rain it's certainly not clean either.
edit: now i watched the recording of the delivery and feeding and departure especially. i think the it was Zorro after all.

Leo has a walking and standing and wing exercise day.
finally she began to work with a spruce twig... she put it on Neo.

12:46 Leo snored... Neo was awake with eyes open.

13:51:41 Neo pooped by the camera on the left side this time.

14:41 a very wet Milda flew home.
just before that a pied flycatcher began to sing! that was probably the first time here in this spring.
Milda began to pull up sticks in the rear rim...
she found something edible on the right side. all are competing of it... but no-one could swallow it. it's a large flat old bone..?
i think the bones had to be some old dry hard bones of a fish head, gill covers and such.
Milda managed to break them enough so that they could eat them.

14:48 Milda found another old bone on the rear right. that looked like a thin leg with actually two bones and a joint.
a bone-thing dropped there some time ago (a week ago or even more?). Milda tried then to pick it up but she failed. now she got it up.
that was easier to eat.


that was a pantry cleaning meal. bad fishing today.

14:54 bones eaten. Milda searched for more left-overs... she found no more. then she worked with sticks and twigs in the back of the nest.

it started to rain more.
