All right! You propably didn't see the huge photos, be cause I deleted them immediately. I 'previewed them'. I made some mistake in the beginning and uploaded gigantic (3200x2700) photos, by accident...The I deleted them from photobucket, and resized the same photos. But photobucket uploaded again some of the photos as 3200x2700! Then I remembered that I have to rename these photos for photobucket, it as if
remembers the earlier ones and does 'the same' ... or something, it makes what it wants!
So, had to cheat photobucket by giving new names to the photos. It worked.

Very good, Olga. I am glad it worked for you.

By the way, do I see the beginnings of colour change n squirrels coat? Changing from winter grey to summer red?

I think they are rather gray still. But I think I have seen only two different squirrels on the feeder lately. during two-three months.
Perhaps it has something to do with the hard, long and very snowy winter! I can't say anything for sure, but here on the Squirrel Hill the color is gray.. only somewhat brown is to see around their body, not real brown spots. I will go and check how looked our friends last year at this time.

One of the squirrels in last spring, the April 27th, 2010 was almost brown, but the other one, the same day, is gray

It seems that they do not change their fur at same time..

The photos of squirrels from the last days of April 2010 are here:

viewtopic.php?p=68407#p68407

It seems also that squirrels didn't visit every day... It's funny, but I think that before time they visited more often..

Yes, it seems that some of the squirrels get brown spots in May, others turn their fur color a bit earlier. But all are brown in June all of them are red brown.

Olga when you resize them in photobucket -- it often takes several refreshes before you see the change you made. I don't know why, computer logic.

The squirrel came at 8:05 in the morning. The wood peckers who visit on daily bases were flying at sdame time around the yard, worried and impatient. I'll put a little video of the Wood pecker climbing under the feeder under the followong 16 photos.

Hello Olga,

fine pictures! Wonderful to see spring has arrived in Finland too. Your squirrels will be mating by now and busy with each other. I noticed that our big dark brown male Browny was really a rather slender gay at that time, think he had a lot to do :whistling:

Now I just saw your videos and the new pictures (I at first only looked at the page before), better than ever! Nice to look at, I like your squirrels very much!

 Thank you Leonia. It is fine to know that 'my' squirrels have friends in Europe, too.
