maybe anyone know when the webcam started from latvian osprey again ?

We decided with Latvian colleagues to start Osprey cam about in mid March and not to miss arriving of those inhabitants of the nest.
But new Latvian WtE camera is installed in forest and needs to establish a wireless link between forest and tower in some 10km distance.
