This meat was under snow in the morning :D
and i saw the 3rd ealgle flying over and probably landed somewhere out of the cam view.
It was so cool to see them so close :2thumbsup:
well back to work!

Here is one eagle taking off
at least one bird is with rings, both are born 2008 (1st winter for them).

also Aivar´s picture taken yesterday
here you can practise how to determine the ages of eagles
1T = 1W (1st winter bird)
2T = 2W (2nd winter)
3T = 3W (3rd winter)

Third winter bird is most probably the ringed Finn who is here since the end of November and was sitting very often at the perch tree in December...

12:40, The meat is all gone, just a few scraps remain. Looks like a lot of fresh snow - I saw a raven snowbathing!

In front there is Estonian bird, born in 2007. We don´t know the origin because we have seen this bird only from big distance...
Behind this bird was our Finnish friend, born in 2008 who Aivar saw yesterday :D
