I'm relatively new to this forum, although I've been watching this nest for years. I've don't recall seeing it snow so much in April, however. Is that normal or am I just getting on the cam at the wrong times?

In Germany we have a synonym for this kind of very changeable weather --- "April weather"

It means that every kind of weather is possible in April .... from springlike temperatures with sunshine to rain and snowfall and temperatures around 0°C.

I suppose this current weather is also not unusual for Estonia in April .... maybe some Estonian forum member can tell more?

You are absolutely right. This weather isn't typical for April in Baltics but it's also not unusual.

Good day! 9:25. Mati was in the nest with a fish tail. In the forest sings headed woodpecker (?) (Picus canus). 9:26. Mati flew to the right with a fish tail. 9:54. In the nest landed LF. after her Mother arrived with the intention to mate....but it did not work out too well...
