The rain, which seemed endless, ended. The sun has appeared.
Irma's feathers dried up. It looks much better than in the morning.

Great news when I come home. Second chick has hatched!! :bounce: :bounce:

Congratulations to the parents Irma & Ivo. All the best for bobblehead1 and bobblehead2. :loveshower: :loveshower:

21:02 Wonderful evening sun. Nice weather to welcome just hatched little one.
Feeding works. I can not see, if chick2 is already eating. Both parents on the nest. Ivo takes off to the dead tree.

All the feeding and eating was the tame of the Irma's tail and the tail of the fish. Let's hope that both kids ate. Polovnia of the fish lies next to Irma, she will feed them again before darkness.

This is the younger chick looking out. Both are quite active.
Irma is a good mom. She will feed everyone. :shake:

 Riitta! I bet that you were surprised to see chick #2 so soon!

Sappheira, yes I saw Irma's tail the whole time haha!
Good that she kept the fish for later.
I think that the baby just wasn't hungry yet, but it will be and Irma will see to it that it is well fed! We know Irma!

Nice big fish, Bea!

Yep, I was surprised, to see another cute chick this evening on the nest. HOORAY!
But at the same time I must say, that I have heard egg talk around noon, when it was raining. I won't believe it :slap: , but it was probably true.

9 June
 good morning
5:06
Ivo brought a stick for Irma and the 2 chicks.
Ivo wants Irma get up so that he can keep the nest warm.
Irma said no and sent Ivo on an errand.
9:09 off went Ivo.
Irma is sleepy.
