I would like to know
how come that the Latvian Osprey camera view is light later in the evenings than the Estonian ones? Does the Latvian camera have "a camera flash"?

Owlie, I don´t think that the cam at Ulla and Uldis nest has a flash ... but I suppose the nest is on a higher tree than Irma and Ilmars nest.

When you compare the surrounding trees at both nests one can see that the treetops at Ulla and Uldis nest are much lower than the nest tree.

Treetops here at the nest are nearly equal level like the nest tree.

I suppose, it's because of the location. Estonian cams are more to east when Latvian is more to the west. And I noticed that in mornings light comes earlier in Estonian nests and in evenings dark comes earlier too.

Maybe both webcams have different optics (lenses, image sensor). So the same amount of light could cause a darker picture in one of the webcams. These webcams here are not designed for operation at night.
