Then he flies again to the place where a brook flows into (or out of) a lake, about 5.2 km from the nest. Around 19:20 he flies even further away from the nest, to a stream in a forest about 8 km from the nest, on the other side of that lake.
At 20:27, the last shown time in OrniTrack, Karl II is at a ditch in a forest, at about 11.5 km from the nest.
Today the chicks are respectively 22, 22 and 19 days old.
