Some time before Uģis was there and saw that Golden Eagle was building new nest in an artificial platform. But now there is a previous male Virsis with new female who has a rings. Female isn't fully adult yet. Where is a previous female - Priede he don't know.

Yes, male is the same - Virsis. Chances of breeding with subadult female aren't high but some hopes do exist.

...The new female has rings on both legs. On the right leg it's a aluminum ring, it was impossible to see the details on the left leg of the ring in color... quite young but theoretical ready to breed.
She has not been seen in the last three days... The male's (Virsis) behaviour shows that he is waiting for her.
It is unclear what happens with Priede (the old female). Whether she was driven away, is dead or if she is the second (!) bride of Virsis. --
