the server at www.lvm.lv. has obviously trouble, i can't reach the web pages for the whole day.
But i can watch the cam via VLC player:

If the ringed eagle has green and red rings then it should be from Estonia. In the Estonian golden eagle nest the female has also green and red rings and Gunnar told us that he ringed this eagle in 2003Marfo wrote:16:30 Male and female on the nest.
