I've been checking every day this month and still no feed. In Finland Ospreys has returned already and even mating has been going on. Are we going to have cams at all in Estonia this spring?

Hi Francesca,

I think we can assume that it´s Ivo and Iiris on kalakotkas2 nest, but as long as there is no ring reading and confirming and no one can have a look into the nest ... ?
In addition I don´t know whether the ring with the letters on Ivo´s ankle is still existent, it was already damaged last season and maybe he has lost it meanwhile?

Also had a look at the previous egg laying dates and in case there is a breeding couple there might be already one or even two eggs in the nest.

About Marko and Miina - I really hope they decided to find and use an other nest, knowing the history pf the last years ...

Pfffttttt ... it is not easy to stay thinking positive about streaming of our two Estonian osprey nests

Hello at all! Strangely we also have a problem with the Loire osprey area. The couple is there but there was no reproduction. The area remains empty... Only a few visits from time to time
