6:58 little one is chirping :D

the prey. a better picture is not possible, the conditions are not good enough for it. The red is meat.
Someone in the YT chat claims- S/ he saw the entire bird, colored orange - black including the tail feather
I watched it in SLOMO speed 0.1. There's nothing specific to see there. out of flesh and black. I saw the wing when he placed the bird behind Helju. The wing is still visible

12:33 there is no significant progress in hatching

HATCHING (Bald eagles)
The hatching process is strenuous and can take up to 72 hours to complete. The chick rests inbetween efforts to break through the shell.

I have to be more patient

She did not eat it! It's for her chick
Image

16:35 Helju stands up ..
Kalju flew away. Helju is eating a few morsels from the wing
16:37 she covers the egg
Image

it takes pretty long! It started already on April 23 evening! I couldn't rewind far enough to know the exact time.
I hope everything will be fine. Hatching is a dangerous time

Theoretically it could take until tomorrow. We had such a case at Durbe Nest (WTE). Durberta takes an infinitely long time to hatch.
