Liz01 wrote: April 5th, 2019, 10:19 am asteria, in 2017 the nest was occupied, but it was not Ozols. Ozols did not come all summer!

EDIT: BTW .. I have to look in my videos.- There were strange fights.(at Ozols nest in 2017) I think it was the female who grabbed the male at the head and tried to throw him out of the nest. The male sat in the nest, the female came and grabbed his head. (Before that she preened his head) That looked very strange. They do it when they want to throw a chick out of the nest
Then who is this?

If you had read everything, you would know that it was not Ozols. The Latvian members say every male in the nest is named Ozols, all female are Zile, until they give new names.

That was the arrival of the male..I did not say that Ozols arrived! Later I had to call him Ozols, even though he was not! Please be correct. I do not have time for this.

Good evening,
I'm very glad to see Kati healthy back from Africa. :loveshower:
Though this makes the things with maybe later arriving Karl not easier.

Some pictures of the tirelessly working male. He's so lovely.
18:49 Here the male checks what he still could improve at nest.
Image

18:50 He found a branch he could place better than before. Not easy to handle but this male seems to be a specialist in nest working. :D

Finished! :-)

Thank you very much all for documenting the events with reports, pictures and videos. Four pages a day is though a lot to read back. ;-)
