I'll be brave enough to ask again in a really neutral, non-accusatory way:
Isn't it possible for you to at least use a neutral term male/female in chat?

In order to avoid further unsightly consequences
* Many observers are actually neutral without having been involved in the naming process.

I mean, 2 eagle owls have 4 names.
At least leave a neutral basis in the chat!
This doesn't hurt and is more pleasant for all the observers we depend on.
Nobody can be everywhere at the same time and we will all be busier in the near future - the nests will soon be filled.

No animal belongs to us - we are just observers.
