Looks like a Shrike, yep. Possibly Red-backed Shrike.

14.22 I heard a noice from near nest , went in here and saw a big grey bird flie against the trees at 2 o clockposition. and than he turned to the right and away.

I saw it too and sat here like a dummy, not taking a screen shot.
