15:11:50 - Eaglet walking, getting stronger by the day.



15:27:43 - 49 minutes after delivering prey, Kalju, who was resting on the curved branch, leaves.

Helju lands hard in the nest. She has prey in her left foot.



It isn't easy to tell what it is. Meat and perhaps feathers attached to bone. A piece of something larger.

20:37-20:59 - Another Kalju visit, in which he hangs out in the nest most of the while.

07:51:21 - Kalju arrives with a conifer spray.
09:49:12 - He leaves after 1 hour, 58 minutes. Most of his time was spent resting on the curved branch.

Kalju delivers unknown prey. Perhaps it is a crane part...



12:12:14 - He makes a single feeding motion from prey to eaglet, but nothing actually appears to be in his beak. I have yet to witness an actual feeding by a male golden eagle, but have heard of observations of this rare behavior.

13:32:27 - He leaves the eyrie after 1 hour, 21 minutes.

13:46:23 - Helju delivers prey. Common crane (Grus grus) wing is my bet.



14:11:19 - Kalju delivers prey. These legs must belong to the same common crane.



15:17:23 - After again relaxing on the curved branch, he leaves 1 hour, 6 minutes later.
