well this is a camera full of nerve-wrecking surprises: first in the evening it looked as though the lights would not come on at all, and now they are!
there are the two piggies eating here, side by side...
i'm going to bed now, i'll post a picture or so in the morning. bye!

they'll find their way closer in some time.... i think they have just come here. these two guys always start in a modest way, approaching slowly from the back and make their way to the front gradually...

They are approaching a little closer -- but they are cute while they eat side by side -- right next to each other.

Sunday, April 11th: Good morning!
the ground is empty but birds are singing around in the forest: a chaffinch, great tits, a blackbird, a robin, a crow...
now i think a robin came and sat on top of the camera or at least somewhere quite near to the microphone, it was so loud.

cla-bang! someone's hopping there, rattling the camera shield...

i had a look here at about 4 and there was no-one at that time...

Sunday, April 11th: Good morning!
the ground is empty but birds are singing around in the forest: a chaffinch, great tits, a blackbird, a robin, a crow...
now i think a robin came and sat on top of the camera or at least somewhere quite near to the microphone, it was so loud.

i had a look here at about 4 and there was no-one at that time...

Between mowing and other outdoor work I peeked at the camera through my day -- after the 2 pigs left, without ever getting very close to the camera the feeding ground appeared empty.

here's a little sound sample i recorded a while ago, just fo fun...

i have to use capital-D's because i've the VLC running anD it Does tricks with small d. i'll later substitute the capital D's with small d's...

here's a short video of three crows and a couple of wood pigeons having breakfast at 9.52.

later in the afternoon i had a look here at 13.20 (1.20 pm) and 15.15 (3.16 pm) and at those times the ground was empty but the Sun was shining.

the man came to bring food and this time i caught him in live action!

there seems to be a fire burning on "our" back on the left side as there is a fluttering shadow on the right.

now there are sounds like music coming from a radio... and water flowing from a hose.... and like brushing...?!

there's a shadow of a pole and a rectangle... maybe a building? the pole seems to have a horizontal extension. it's got to be the lamp post giving us light in the nights.

someone is brushing something, a great tit is singing...


and now the hose again, spraying water...

now the radio is playing Imagine!

the feeding place must be behind the barn where a car is kept and now someone washed the car, with the car's radio on playing music.

now there is someone talking... maybe i should stop, at least recording... this begins to be like spying on someone...
the working sounds go on, the music too... some more spraying of water...

there were two wood pigeons eating here.

now they are gone, because someone started working with the circular saw again.

the birds came back despite of the saw.

later they were joined by another crow.

and here the first two piggies arrive to the ground.

they left quite soon and now the ground is empty again.

the two piggies came back!

the man shoulD have not put fooD so far from the camera. they quite obviously Don't want to come closer to the light anD the camera anD the assumeD barn than necessary.
i'll leave them munching here.

now there are 8 piggies munching.

recorDing anD posting these viDeos is so easy anD fun that there must be something wrong about it....

I was going to play the video of the pigs munching and then I realized my cam was on and I could hear pigs munching now
