15:33 Raimis got up and backed to the back rim of the nest. it looked like he was planning to make a shot... but he stretched his wing. then he rolled the eggs and lay down.
but then he had to get up again to go to toilet.

mega2 wrote in the chat:
15:36/37 man jau laikam dzirdes halucinācijas-Raimis piecēlās,lai nokārtotos un kaut kā jocīgi izturējās-liekas,ka olā grabinājās cālis -varbūt vēl kāds kaut ko saklausīja?
GT'ed:
"15: 36/37 I already had hearing hallucinations - Raimis got up to settle down and somehow stumbled-it seems that the chicken was rattling in the egg - maybe someone else heard something?"

i'd say that i was hallucinating already at 15:34:15 - 15:35:00 when Raimis was still not on the eggs.at 15:36 he was already back on the eggs.
mega2 thinks that she heard something when Raimis was in the toilet. i heard only the big splash then and then the landing of the poop.
but the wind was loud and the voices could have been from outside the nest. :puzzled:

edit: maybe there were some faint voices at 14:28:30 - 33 - 40, in the above video?? :puzzled:

16:08 LOUD footsteps from the ground! someone heavy is running there, an elk??
the sounds were so loud that the runner had to be right under the nest, out of sight. :slap:
the animal probably ran by on the camera side of the nest, "behind our backs".

ooh yeah, he had to go. what a picture! :rotf:
i missed that first.

16:34 Raimis started calling... he had been looking in the sky for some time. he possibly saw Milda in the sky?
there were also voices of crows. i think Raimis called at them... and i think a fake milda has called in the forest, too.

i'll have to go...

It turned out that mega2 wrote not about peep, and about knock of a beak of a baby bird on a shell.

ame, I think I can hear egg talk. 15:34...
I turn the sound on and concentrate with eyes closed on the sounds. That's how I can hear it
chirping comes from the nest

....
well, that was some variation. :D
while he was up i could not hear anything. only some snapping sounds but i think those came from sticks and cones hitting on each other in the wind. - darn wind, i wish it would stop. :faint:
