I am so bummed, got distracted this morning and missed the banding process....will there be some photos of this - I missed last year's banding of Koo and siblings.....was so distraught over Phoenix (Hornby Eaglet) that passed away last night. They weren't able to get to the nest in time and he/she was gone within hours. Still in the nest waiting for retrieval so that can do a necropsy.....unbelievable. Such a sweet bird and probably ready to fledge in a week.....I'm truly saddened today.
