Good morning all together !
It is so nice to meet you here again and to wait together for the arriving of a healthy Karl.
I cannot describe how impatient I am to see him here and to see a successful alignment of the nest.
And then to see a successful brood.
Thank you all for doing feasible this topic again !

A nice and happy season for everybody !

Good morning Baska, Macko and Liz.
Looking at the migration map, I have the impression that Karl is travelling faster in the last 48 hours. We need to keep eyes on the nest!

Good morning to everybody
Karl seems to be nearly in Latvia already. As he is speeding up we may see him here already today
Anyway - my heart beats faster and faster.

Good Morning!
Yes! If weather is nice to him he might be here very soon.
In their last part near home, they are very fast.

Hello all,
it is getting more and more exciting. Most likely tomorrow we will see Karl
.
Even though all of you probably know Karls position, I'll put a picture in here. It is hardly to believe, that he is already in front of the Latvian border.
Of course Kati is not forgotten! Hopefully she also has a safe journey and will be back soon.

As soon as they arrive they will start to build a "boundary wall" around the perimeter. That should keep eggs and very young chicks safe, at least.
On second thoughts, maybe the very first activity will be mating behaviour. It took them no time at all, last year
