It's difficult today. We constantly have breaks in the stream. Let's hope the weather improves soon. It's spring

Male is still working hard. There is another bunch moss in the nest.

Thank you Urmas for the update on Karl. Is that possible that this cold weather made transmitter malfunctioning after March 29th? I hope for the best.

Hello, everyone

Thank you, Urmas, for the info on Karl.

Crissy and Liz, thanks for the great pics!

Here are some more pics from this morning

It is such a pleasure to see this busy male work.
Kati is spoiled. She can now rest and concentrate on her pregnancy.
Image

It's funny to see how the male dives from the nest to the ground to get even more moss.
Image

A couple of hours later, a proud male. A nice moss harvest. :innocent:

Yes, Liz, Karl is very late.
Due to headwind in Africa and bad weather (rain and thunderstorms) in the Middle East, Karl was already delayed in Lebanon/Syria.
If our Karl is still alive (only a defective transmitter), I think it's impossible for him to reach the nest before Friday. (?)
At the earliest. I hold my breath. :slap:

so do I! I'm afraid that Karl will come. :slap:
That's not easy to understand because I've been waiting for him since he left. But everything is so advanced here.
I do not know.....

Where is Kati all day?

Yes, this nest is ready! The eggs may come soon.
I think Kati is enjoying her maternity leave. She is probably fishing and eating. :puzzled:

Thanks, Liz, I could not find the timing (on YT). The stream is indeed often interrupted.

Yes, Kati is staying away for a long time today. :puzzled:
