Tere Hommikust, Good Morning, Guten Morgen!!

I was not able to be here last night - Thanks again for the good pictures!!

About the raccoon dog scream - of course I didn't hear this one - but we have a lot of raccoon dogs around here. The scream is really scary!! It sounds like someone is killing a big cat or something. It is like a sound from a horror film!. When we moved out here "into the middle of nowhere" 20 years ago it took a long time for me to get used to that sound. But it is part of their daily life and you can hear it any time of the year. It is more frequent when they are looking for a mate of course.

Morning Caysa, I know racoondogs have a 'loud way of communication' (like pigs can do  ), but this was something different, they both got scared of 'something, run away and thán there was that horrible screaming in the woods.
so, it was not that hoarse kind of 'barking' they normally do, but real agressive screaming

Hahaha
Thanks Caysa. That is fun.

I have been looking for that video of Mait making the snow man. Does anyone know where it is? I think I need more tea, first, then I might look again.
